Muttrah City (v1 - 2006)

This was my first Project Reality map and was very roughly based on the real Muttrah. The main inspiration for making this map was to make a map for Project Reality’s only custom vehicles at the time, the MH-6 Littlebird, which before was hardly featured. As a result, I took it upon myself with my limited mapping knowledge at the time to create a map for this helicopter and this is what resulted. The map was immensely popular throughout the Project Reality community and became a hit overnight for its unique type of gameplay which hadn’t been seen before. The map however was incredibly small and not very realistic, but it still served its purpose for the initial days of Project Reality and was later replaced by Muttrah City v2 once PR had outgrown this version.
